Book Writing

I’m chipping away at a book. Today was a substantial portion of Chapter 4 being written, and so far things are going well. It’s my first legitimate attempt at writing a book that has plot lines and story arcs and things of the like, and I’m happy with the progress. This week has generated about 8k written words, along with editing and reading feedback.

The downside, though slight, is that writing time there will impact the amount of writing here. I think it’s a fair trade off. I’m sure others would agree. I still want to kick out a few flash fictions a week, as they’re fun and let me do different things. But for now, expect the pace to slow a bit here. All for good reasons (not like before when I was gorging on WoW).
