About all I’ve been doing over the last few weeks is playing Diablo 3. It’s a game on PC where you smash the shit out of monsters for loot. My intention for writing, while as strong as ever, has been completely waylaid. I’ve also been fighting a cold the last few days, work and life and so on. It is what it is.
In regards to Diablo 3, one of the reasons why I enjoy it so much is that it has a mode called ‘Hardcore’ where death is permanent. There is no restarting from a save point or trying again. You’re dead. The end. It changes everything in terms of intensity. It’s the main reason why I get so sucked into it.
Anyway, stories someday.
