I’ve gotten a lot of good feedback from my beta readers on my first novella. However, that means there is a lot more rework required and now things are getting pushed back from my desired schedule. It doesn’t matter. No one knows I exist, and this is the best time to make all of the mistakes I’m making, but it’s difficult to stay relaxed over the process that is creating a book. I’m enjoying the journey, but I’m also very anxious to see where it all ends up.
So for now, I’ll continue doing my flash fictions. They’re fun and important for me as a writer. I tend to cram way too much into one sentence so writing in a short format will hopefully break me of that. This website is at a minimum level of what I want it to be. It functions, but not at the level I want it to. This is all a learning curve for me, and I’m at the baseline. Things will improve with time. It just takes time. With a full-time job to go to, a family to interact with, and beer to drink, time can be hard to come by.
Thank you to everyone who has stopped by here. It means a lot to me.
